Hello, I am 23 year's old men. About 3 years ago my problems with hair have started. From this time i have been using a lot of medicines like Minoxidil, saw palmetto and more .. About 9 months ago, i went to another dermatologist and he said that i got lichen planopilaris, we made the biopsy and he was right. He said that it is not curable but i can take retinoids. And i had been taking Neotigason for 6 months, also had started washing my hair with new shampoo that consists selenium sulfide and taking the vitamins. After this 6 months the lichen disapper i haven't got itch and my hair don't loss. That was a very good time but it reappear about 1-2 months ago. I have appointed the visit to this doctor but it's on next month (not possible earlier)
