I am a 16 year old male who has been receding at the temple since 15.
I started my medication for hairloss on the 15th of may. This was Provillus, a mixture of s.p and zinc b6. I then stopped using Provillus after a month and started using Fincar (Finasteride) on the 15th of June. It is now august the 2nd (month and a half) and my hairloss situation has become worse than before starting treatments.
Before teatments my left temple was thick, there was no sign of thinning even when wet. Now when my left temple is wet you can see through it!!!! The wierd part is that i have not had increased shedding but rather increased miniturization.
My question is, could this be a sign that the treatments are working???
