A big part of it is because 95% of black guys sport the shaved or buzzed look and that is just how you are used to seeing them. Why do you suppose Al Sharpton looks funny...he doesn't have the normal black guy style. It's also the reason guys like Dr. Phil would look funny with a full head of hair...just not used to how you normally see them.
