Hey guys, I'll share some relevant information about myself and my questions.

Late 20's, been shaving my head for 6-7 years now. In pretty good shape and it's worked out fairly well, can't complain much about my social, professional or dating life but now that I have some disposable income I'm curious if I can realistically get any hair back. My father is Norwood 6/7 as was his father. All of my uncles except one is like that as well.

I'm not on any of the big three and never have been. I'd be open to a transplant in a few years. Is hair like the pics related with a widow's peak possible? Would the coverage be sh*t? I guess my goal would be a mature hairline, don't give too much of a sh*t about the crown. I've always had an athletic look and kept my hair relatively short. I've read about finasteride side effects and I guess I'd be willing to take the risks. Would a poor transplant preclude me from ever buzzing my head? Thanks for any replies!

Pretty much fucksville until a breakthrough technology comes through, or you're an excellent responder to the big3+hair transplant. Long journey ahead if that's what you choose to do.

Assuming you continue to Norwood's 6-7, I don't think theres much chance of anything with that kind of coverage. I think you should stay as you are, especially since you're largely happy with your life and you like your head shape.
