Still though, this just doesn't make any sense. I am very confused. The video said the FDA cleared it for cosmetic use and that medical use is still pending....what does that mean?

This video has been shown on TV sometime in January, we dont know the exact date. HairMas lasercomb has received the OK from FDA on the Jan 18. Maybe the video has been recorded prior the 18th.
