I was in the store today, and looking for some L-Arginine (which they ran out of) and I picked up some L-Lysine, because I read a few veteran posters here used it.

I did some research just now, and lots of web sites condone the use of L-Lysine with a hair loss regimen. What do you guys think?

Supposedly, it has capabilities of inhibiting 5AR (although probably nowhere near the levels of finasteride or dutasteride)... nonetheless, there seems to be a lot of research going on about it.

It also makes your lips healthier-- collagen renewal and whatnot.

Damn, by the time I'm done with all my treatments, I'll look like a woman...

Don't stress - imagine how much easier it would be shopping for wigs!

Bro, you know what else I may suggest..take a protein power with this amino acid if you work out....I use Protein P.M. which is a blend of like 15 different amino acids, allowing for multiple absorption rates. Mix it with a bit of milk, and its good for any time..whether it be @ night or postwork out once again because of the various absorption rates.
