anybody using l-arginine as an addition to propecia? if so, do you find it to be helpful or beneficial?

I tried for a month...but the idea of shoving down 4 horse pills a night wasn't too appealing to me. I'm sure someone has tried it... I'd use minoxidil, however, if you are trying to regrow hair with it.

It IS benificial if you're noticing a lowered sex drive though.

nah sting, im already on minoxidil' - i was thking of adding it because:

1) its supposed to help improve building muscle
2) its suppose to have hair improving qualities
3) it may help to negate any sexual side-effects SHOULD it happen while on propecia
