Hi everyone. I recently turned 27, I first noticed my hair getting a little bit thin about 3 or 4 years ago in back, on top. Now, it looks like this:

What do you think might be a good treatment? It sounds like propecia might work for my situation. I'm going to set an appointment with my Doctor as soon as I have one (new job) and want to go in with some ideas.

hey i would go for propecia and minoxidil 5% as they work well in the vertex area, which you are thinning in. Also use nizoral shampoo.

Propecia works best for the top region of the head.

So I think Propecia would be perfect. Also you could add minoxidil if you want some regrowth.
