Hello everyone, as you all may know ketoconazole is extremely toxic to the liver when taken orally.
However I read a study saying topical application didn't go systemic as they couldn't find traces of the drug systemically. I couldn't find the study but I remember they applied such a large dose like 40 grams to young patients
And, knowing that ketoconazole orally can be used to prevent spontaneous erections makes me think that it can be more antiandrogenic than finasteride.
Now, what if we can get this antiandrogenic benefit with large doses topically, again without systemic effects
