Keto and P-O shampoos, any difference?

We all know that Keto and P-O helps stimulate hair growth, not amazingly, but in the hair game one need to take what one could get.

P-O is according to one study a little bit better at growing hair and helps hair to grow just a little bit thicker than keto. P-O also have an antiandrogen effect, similar to keto. I remember when I used the BS Ginger Shampoo I could feel my scalp becoming a little dryer and tighter, so to me that proof enough of the antiandrogen effect. Both P-O and keto have a anti inflammation effect.

But what are the real difference in these ingredients. All I come up with is that P-O has a lot of antioxidants and keto don't. Except that, they work in a similar effect.

So why should people rotate P-O and Keto shampoos, and not just stick with the favorite or maybe do one bottle P-O and buy a Keto shampoo when the P-O runs out, and just rotate that way.

Bryan. what do you think. Are there any real differences when they work in the same way?

Im wondering what would happen if a long time keto user switch to a P-O shampoo. My best guess is nuthing, or maybe he actually gets a micro advantage.

I use both and a tea tree/lavender moisturizing shampoo. Hair and scalp feel great. Also use a tea tree/lavender condition on P-O and keto days. Will be switching to nano soon.

Or better yet, why not alternate between them on separate days? The keto shampoo on one day, the P-O shampoo the next?

I wouldn't necessarily assume that they work the same way.
