So I have had some pretty major fatigue the last few months and went in to get my thyroid tested. All the bloods test came out fine and then i told him about the finasteride, i should have probably mentioned it pre blood test but i didnt. Anyway he recommended me to stop the finasteride and see if the fatigue goes away, I dont really have a problem with this so thats fine, i was taking 1.25 but figured between the amount lost in cuttin it was probably down under on some days and maybe up on others. The thing i didnt ask was since starting the finasteride a year ago, i cant say i really ever had a problem getting hard and when i was with my girlfriend was still always horny, we broke up a couple months ago so it hard to reall gauge my libido for the last few months but i wasnt as horny but that could have been stress also. The one thing i did notice was my c*m was watery and after reading the paranoid posts i am worried this may not come back to normal. Also does anyone think i should be worried about the decrease libido and how long should it take for the symptoms to subside if they are from the finasteride. I'm not to worried although in a few weeks i might go in for a sperm count or something just to ease my mind.
On the plus the finasteride was working hopfully i can get on something to help maintain what i did grow with the minoxidil, and finasteride somewhat. I guess i will just get some spironolactone and maybe revivogen.
I know this has been asked before and i have read through searches but each seems to be very personal and hard to make a judgment.
Also if i may suggest something to the Admin, i used to use phpbb myself and the first thing i would always do is install the search topic title only hack. http://phpbbhacks.com/download/859 Just a thought. I recently changed my boards to SMF.
This is also probably a good time to say thanks to everyone on the board, its a great place to have for support and advice and as much as losing hair sucks its good to know their is a place like this to come.
