my hair is thinning more noticeable now...man my hair is so frizzy and thinner then usual..i am not losing any hair in any particular area but my hair is generally thinning throughout the top of my head...im not suffering from male pattern baldness but its thinning all over. is it possible if i shave my head will my hair will maybe grow back stronger?

anyways so how do i stop my thinning hair?....im not expecting any regrowth of hairs. i just want to make it stronger and less fragile.

taking vitamins or a particular shampoo i should get?

you can get the capsules 1000mg, the tablets are like 500mg i think.

it does increase your body hair however, but if u got much i dont think it will affect the places that where you really cant have hair anyways
