Hi, just bought a 0.5 derma roller online. Does a 0.5 dermaroller hurt? And how often should I do it?

I use a dermapen at 1.5 mm and that hurts like hell, I don’t see a 0.5 mm hurting too bad, maybe a mild burning sensation.

I have tried all these rollers and pens, honest opinion from my experience, all these are crap, nothing works. stupid thing in the market just to make money off obsessive balding people. only thing that works in finsateride.

I’d have to disagree. Microneedling is geared more toward the skincare market and there is a lot of empirical evidence to support its efficacy.

But yeah OP if you’re doing it right it’s gonna hurt like a b**ch and you’re gonna be all bloody
