Someone mentioned it's fiber abuse but I always thought it was a remarkably shameless piece.

I believe it's a few failed transplants that he tries to overcome with copious amounts of fibers. But who knows, it's been a long time. He could be using a system now.... But it doesn't make sense to always add a ton of fibers to a hair system.

That's what always stands out to me in his photos. The texture changes drastically when you use a lot of fibers, and that's exactly how his always looks... That and the dust you see all around the hairline...

I think it's tons and tons of plugs. Not the newer transplants but oldschool plugs, done to excess
