Back in early 2005, I weighed almost 240 lbs. Through running, weights and exercise for the next two years, I got down to 215 and kept it off. My pants continue to fall off and I can see my jawline again. I would like to be around 185.

I decided to do an old strategy for weight loss in the Fall Semester. I would eat healthy during the week and splurge on the weekends. I did this while away in school and I lost 25 pounds in a few months. I would do commit 3 days to weights and 2 days to bike or run while having 1 or 2 days off.

Also, with my part-time job, I would only eat when I am working long shifts.

Water is a big part. I would only have pop during the weekend. I think this strategy can help me again. On long class days, I would get meal bars instead of eating junk at school.
