Like the title says I've been on finasteride and minoxidil for over an year.

Should I shave it all or continue treatments?

These drugs aren't miracle cures. You can take stronger treatments, but with them come stronger potential side effects.

Don't be hair greedy and be happy you are maintaining.

I'm willing to risk potential sides if I can possibly grow more or better hair.

I would sit back, stop worrying about hairloss, and enjoy life. If you're maintaining on finasteride with so little recession I don't think there's anything left to do but get a bit older. I've been on finasteride for many years and didn't gain or lose any hair. In my mid 30's almost every guy my age has worse recession than me now. Relatively, I've got a great head of hair for my age. It will probably be the same story for you after a couple more years of you stay on finasteride

I'm on 5% liquid.

Yeah in the past,if you have good results with minoxidil you should also have great results with microneedling.There are many posts on reddit and on these forums so you should easily find out how to do it.I would recommend using 1.5mm dermastamp once a week.
