itchy scalp, gone when shave??

Hey there, just wanted to ask if someone notice the same, when my hair are a normal length, (1 inch on top, 1/2 inch on side) my scalp get really itchy, mostly between crown and side, people probably look at me like "man this guy must have termite in his hair" cause i keep scratching me like crazY,
and when I shave my head #1 clip, its peace in there for weeks...! what the hell
