itch returning for a shed?

hi all,
just wondering if anyone could share any experiences on finasteride sheds, i've been (i hope temporarily shedding) for a few months now, started just after the year mark so that's about the right time for a second shed, but i've got the old itch back on my scalp and a flakey scalp.
any ideas? getting really worried.
