well bsically my temples itch, along with the top of my head. THere is a layer of dead skin in the zones that are itching and shedding, along with other areas of my head like sides and behind the ears. Anyways... its prominent in the frong and the vertez. I have a tingling itch, an sensation to remove the debree that is covering my scalp in those area, the hair follicles that fall out have a while bulb. but not the tellogen bulb. It has extra dead skin debree covering it. may be 3 or 4 times the size of the bulb itself , extening a few milimters above it

bulb hair

*-** ...........................
dead skin cells = *

also have the same ocndition on my eyebrows and some eyelashes

trying to use seabuckthorn shampoo.

my thinning is diffuse, with more diffusion in the hairline and temples...hairline is starting to receed. the vertext is thinnign mroe as well. overall the whole top is thinning, including areas onthe side.

I only have occasional itch. But, I do notice that i have "debree" on my scalp that builds up. I always just assumed it was just globules of dead scalp and sebum, but the feeling is almost like sand in your scalp. i can scratch them off or rub them loose from my scalp, but they usually build back up.

is this what other people experience?

oh, and i have it in my non-male pattern baldness areas as well. it's more of an all over thing, but not so much on the sides, i think mainly because my scalp is healthier there.

sometimes i lose two or even three hairs connected at the follicle by one bulb of dead skin or whatever it is that connects. sebum may be? sebum and dandruff.

2 freaking hairs
or 3 at a time... this can't be mbp. can it?

its obviously mbp but, i'm losing hair from the sides and back, most of this loss comes from the tehmples which diffused almost to my vertext.

A good anti dandruff shampoo, conditioner and tricomin did the trick for me....plus giving the hair a good brush

my hair reacted badly to tricomin the first time i used it. It seemed to irritate my scalp even more. I have little volliculitis acne on my scalp, as well as my back. they produce a build up of dead skin.
