Italian prime minister hair transplant !!

The Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi had hair transplant 2 years ago and got another procedure few months ago.. He was Norwood 6 I would say and he still got good looks improvement after hair transplant.. (You can search google for "Silvio Berlusconi" to see pictures before and after). So doesnt that mean a good hair transplant can always make improvement no matter how much bald you could get when your old ?

Some Norwood 6 class patients have more potential for surgical hair restoration "if" they have superior density and hair characteristics. But what about the same class of Norwood 6 on a patient with poor density and/or very non-coarse hair with a wide hair to scalp color contrast? See the difference? :shock:

Once we consider all of the influencing factors, the results can vary and sometimes vary ALOT. Always consider the supply to demand equation too. Will there be enough donor to meet the patient's goals? That's something to think about. :roll:
