Hi,
first sry that i bother you, i know im lucky one here with just nw1 at 30. But still i cannt get it out of my head
ok.

At 19yo i noticed that im loosing hairs on top of my head, i was freaking out. Anyway somehow i got full regrow years later. I was fine until 22 maybe 23 when i find i loosing corners. I was thinking that i will go bald soon. But its going slowly at 30yo now i dont thing im at nw1 yet, maybe on one side. I googled a little bit for something to slow it down for my 30s. I got nizoral 2% shampoo, wasnt expecting much. But after maybe 3 months of using it i noticed some "new" hairs around my hair line ( some weak some looking strong) i never noticed it before, so i thing nizoral works for me.
Anyway. Im not sure if its enough just nizoral to keep my hairs? I dont realy want to get into something with side effects etc... But better start sooner than later.
What do you thing? Is nizoral enough ? Or is time to get something stronger? With a 7years to nw1 how much hairs i can have at 40?
thank you

I would start Nizoral and possibly Minoxidil - they will ease your mind and you don't have to worry about any serious sides. Minoxidil produces no sides for most people, like me. And if you do get sides they aren't anything serious or even noteworthy to most. It doesn't take a lot of effort to apply them either. Nobody can tell you how fast you will lose your hair, or even if you will further lose your hair at all. Start with the slow stuff Minoxidil and Nizoral, see where you are in about 6 months. If you notice further reduction despite a consistent regimen with these two, then research into other things. That's my opinion.
