Topic: Hairline Design in the era of Finasteride and Minoxidil
Two transplant surgeons debate whether or not a more agressive approach to hairline design (hairline transplantation in younger people) should be attempted in light of the fact that Propecia and Minoxidil have been shown to maintain hairlines.
Participants: Dr. Marc Avram and Dr. Matt Leavitt
A very interesting debate occurred after the presentations were done between the presenting surgeons and those in the audience who had their own opinions on whether a frontal procedure should be recommended for younger patients who may be good candidates for Propecia and Minoxidil instead.
