been thinking this morning that if ya wash your hair everyday, you are just washing away all the minoxidil right?

do you think it would be a good idea if i didn't wash my hair for 6 days to let the minoxidil build up, then do nizoral+conditioner+more minoxidil on day 7?

No. You only have to leave minoxidil for 4 hours on your scalp for it to be absorbed, after that you can wash your hair whenever you want.

No, i assume it's no good to go 6 days without washing. Think about the build up on the scalp(minoxidil-ppg residue, sebum, other impurities , dust, etc), probably after day 3 nothing will get absorbed.

Some people say washing with shampoo everyday damages the hair others say it doesn't. I can't wash my hair everyday even before I was balding I use to only wash my hair one every week as disgusting as that sounds. Now I at least try to do it every other day.

edit I just wanted to clarify I still took showers a good amount of times a week, but only washed my body not my hair.

Washing your hair isn't counter-productive for hair growth. Hairs that fall out when washing have already been detached.
