is this typical male pattern baldness? major hair loss

hi I have just joined this site today, I am unsure whether I am losing my hair due to male pattern baldness or due to anemia (both of my sisters have been diagnosed as anemic and the hair loss they have looks like the hair loss I have)

however I am really unlucky so it wouldn't surprise me if it was male pattern baldness

I don't have any pictures at the moment so I will describe the hair loss, it is generally all over , but is worse at the front of my head and at the sides

my hair has not really receded at all , and does not look anything like the norwood scales you see online

do you experience hair loss at the sides of your head with male pattern baldness?

just to update i have had blood tests recently and i am waiting for the results,


i have lost so much of my hair that i probably should just shave it all off, it will make me look ridiculous though, it will look really scarce all over especially at the front and sides, I am very depressed.
