There is a slight myth with Saw Palmetto. There is evidence that it does help the prostate but there is not much evidence to support that it helps with hair loss. If you are going to take a product only for the Saw Palmetto content I would advise you to go and buy the raw Saw Palmetto from a health food store. This way you don't pay any overheads.
