Is This The Correct Treatment For My Hairloss?

Hi, I'm 25 now and slowly balding for 3 years.

Two years ago I went to a doctor who performed several PRP Therapies. (last 2 Months ago)
Additionally I'm taking a hair tonic composed of 2% Minoxidil, 0.15% Finasteride and 1% Caffeine for about 2 years.

But it's still getting worse month by month... Hair gets thinner and the hairline goes back.

Is this even a good therapy method?
And is stopping it and/or regrowth even possible?
Is there any more I can do?

I'm desperate and would be thankful for a review and or a few tips.
Thank you.

Might want to try a higher level of finasteride. My derm prescribed 1 mg for me right off the bat. If that doesn't work try dutasteride. Move up to 5 percent minoxidil and maybe try nizoral (ketoconazole) as well.

I don't think he's ingesting it. I think it is in his hair tonic that he is applying to his scalp. But to answer the OP's question, the only correct answer is propecia(finasteride).

Yes that's true. Should I talk to my Doctor about a higher dosage in the hair tonic or think about taking oral finasteride?

You are supposed to take the drug orally. Some claim to have had some results by applying it topical.
