Is This Telogen Emfluvium Or Male Pattern Baldness

my hair has been perfectly fine my whole life until a couple weeks ago.It took like a couple days and my hair in the bi temple are started thinning badly I researched and it said it could be telogen effluvium but I’m not sure .please tell my If I have male pattern baldness or not

Diffuse thinning with frontal accentuation and recession in the bitemporal region, most probably androgen-related.
But better go see a specialist.
