Is This Telogen Emfluvium Or Male Pattern Baldness

my hair has been perfectly fine my whole life until a couple weeks ago.It took like a couple days and my hair in the bi temple are started thinning badly I researched and it said it could be telogen effluvium but I’m not sure

Yes something stressful happened about three months ago but it was not a that big of a deal I was nervous because of something coming up and I’m 16 and I don’t think a can visit a dermatologist
