NW2.

Consider your family history to take the correct steps to preserve your hair.
Father is NW3 at the age of 57 with thinning

Mother is 57 with NW2 and slight thinning

Grandfather had great hair until somewhere between his 60's and 70's coz he was slick bald at that time

If I were in your place, I would hop on finasteride just to be safe. Either way, get minoxidil as well.

No success with minoxidil (I rubbed 0.5ml of a 15% solution (Dualgen15) on both temples so 1ml in total / day for 4 months straight and nothing happened, no regrowth etc, combined with once a week 1.5mm dermarolling each temple)

I'm already on a DHT blocker

I’ve been on minoxidil for a year and a half with no obvious signs of regrowth on the temples. But I’m still going to be on it for at least two years. 4 months is nothing. You must give treatments time.

I don’t see any mini hairs around the hairline, so i would say this is probably your pit stop and it’s done from here. If you’re on a DHT blocker then just leave it at that. minoxidil doesn’t work for everyone. Do you have younger photos?

Considering asking him/her for a subscription for finasteride. Do your research and what not if you want to try and save your hair.

Some people lack a certain amount of enzyme on their scalp which either makes you not respond at all to topical or just very minimally. Using oral you get around this and you are certain to respond to it. My results with it haven't been spectacular but there is some improvement, if i was the OP i would try low dosage oral minoxidil. Also you still haven't said what 5ari you are taking OP, i hope it's not some shitty natural dht blocker like SP.

Did you not read the OP? I'm already on a DHT blocker. I'm on RU 2ml/day 5% solution so 100mg/day

No I'm on RU58841

Oral minoxidil causes left ventricular damage tbh so I don't want to try it. Oh btw afaik in 2020 so this year they're coming up with a minoxidil solution that contains the enzyme so we'll get around that issue
