I am NW1.5/2 and have a receding hairline but don't know if its male pattern baldness or mature hairline. I've noticed on the corners of my hairline I have hair falling out that are about 4 inches long however only the top inch of the hair strand is healthy while the rest of it is colorless,weak, and thin going right down to the root. Is this miniaturization or is the hair follicle dying? I thought miniaturization was when hair keeps growing back thinner and thinner? I didnt think it can miniaturize during growth? Can a developing mature hairline have miniaturized hair?
