Is This Male Pattern Baldness ? Pics Included

My hair is obviously thinning,but its not receeding.I have strong itchy sensation on the spot where the hair is going to fall out,im able to pull out even 7-8 hairs without any pain,if i would continue with pulling,in an hour there would be like 50 + hairs.Also nobody in my family is bald,only both gradmas had some thinning.I have big hairline as u can see but i had it since i was a child,my father also have it and he has no male pattern baldness.Sometimes i can see thinner hairs,but in 95% the hair looks healthy and has white blulb at the end.Its rare,but that itchy feeling and hair falling out happens on sides and back but its really rare.

your scalp looks very inflamed which could signal you have severe male pattern baldness going on. Also yeah, definite thinning.

Its the camera,its perfectly normal when im looking at the scalp.Also,how the hell is is it possible to have male pattern baldness when nobody had male pattern baldness in my family (even grandfathers) and im 21 only ,means male pattern baldness has nothing to do with genetics,its just the food or air/enviroment or something else.And since when is the itch symptom of male pattern baldness ?

It's genetics. No one in my family I know of had it before their 40s and started at 19/20 for me. Our odds of hair loss this young were probs one out of a thousand, but just got unlucky. Also my scalp itches like a mofo with my hair loss. Common complaint of people with male pattern baldness.
