Is This Male Pattern Baldness Or Something Else?

35 yo asian male. On Minoxidil. Hair seems to be thinning behind the forehead

I have had thin scanty hair from day 1 - always a bit scanty
Its getting worse as I age
Problem seems to be worse during winter months, summer is much better

Is this male pattern baldness? What can I do about this?
