Is This Male Pattern Baldness Or Something Else?

I have been shedding hair on and off for about a year, big chunks when showering at times and handfull of hair in the hand when stroking my scalp while shedding, the hair loss is more or less only visible at the back/top of my head.

I've had problems with itchy aggressive/red dandruff at times aswell. At the moment I'm mostly shedding hair at the sides of my hair but my hair has been thinning slightly all over, my hair has also gotten another texture. My eyebrows have also been thinning a bit.

I'm afraid this is genetic?

I am not sure you are even losing hair. If you take a picture in the dark with flash on, you will always see scalp in the area it parts, that does not mean you are balding. Take some better pictures, without absurd lighting, if you want an opinion
