Is this looking like gyno? 3 months on finasteride 1 mg

Does this look like gyno? 3 months on finasteride. Is finasteride making me gain more fat in the chest? I have gained 5 pounds since starting finasteride I believe. If it is gyno do I need surgery or does it go away on its own if I quit finasteride?

Feel your nipples, if they are a hard big tissue under them, that is gyno. If not, it is just fat .
