Ever since i grow my hair long, it's been shedding like crazy in the shower.

You’d notice thinning hairs around the cowlick, it doesn’t look like that’s the case.

Dermaroll that region (1.5mm) and use Nizoral 2x a week along with 5,000 mcg biotin to thicken existing hairs in that region. Those things would be side effect free unlike using minoxidil and finasteride.

I cut my hair short.
And the shedding has stopped.
Looks like my roots can't handle long hair.

It's been like that since highschool.
Whenever my hair reach shoulder-length, it just started to shed.

It's a shame, i really liked my long-hair

I also hopped on NR hair tonic, just to be safe.
