What about after the transplant ? Id say Norwood one or maybe close to one.

For me, only time a hair transplant would be a good option is if you are 45-50 years old with a nw2 or 3, then you can fill in the little gaps.

Well it entirely depends id rather have it young but only if i reach Norwood 2.5 and nw3+. So in the first picture he is a norwood 1.5 or 2. What norwood is his end result ?
