Okay so i noticed a sudden on set of hair thinning. I went through sort of a traumatic stress event 4 months back. And noticed hair thinning overall after some time. It is primarily on the crown area.
Hair loss does not run in the family both my cousins on my moms and dads side have hair in their 50s. Although they are thinning but they still do. And none of them saw hair thinning in their 30s. I am 27.
I am also very bad on the nutritional side which i do plan to improve.
