Is this balding or cowlick?

got a haircut and recently saw this

I think it’s just a cowlickcause I don’t see thinning hairs around the area and it only shows when I fluff it up (for example sometimes) or in lighting/flash. Last pic is when I pay it down normally

the third pic is the worse and it doesn’t normally look like that.

I also realize this part or “cowlick” is like right above my crown and not directly on it I think
