Ok, it’s been almost four months since this hair loss occurred. I’m only 15 years old (a girl) and have been drastically thinning overall and now I have a bald spot in my side part!?

Can someone please tell me what they think. I’m going mad. My hairline and temples have been driving me crazy too because they wouldn’t grow but I have fairly thick hair so no one really notices
:(( Also I have dry scalp/mild to moderate dandruff

Did you do blood test results to check if the vitamin and mineral levels are okay ?
Vitamin D is often linked to Alopecia Areata patients.

How is your diet ? what do you eat during the day and what have you recently started eating / doing ?

First of all, don't panic. It's okay, with some simple tips and tricks, you can take charge of your hair fall issues. Stressing over this would eventually cause you to lose more hair than normal.

Clean up your diet right away. Eat more vegetables, protein-rich foods, potassium, and magnesium-enriched foods, and drink plenty of water. What goes inside will reflect outside so ensure that you are eating healthily.

Apart from the diet, make sure that you're not using any harsh chemicals on your hair. Using holistic and natural products on your scalp will keep them healthy and free from any issues. For dry scalp and dandruff, consider using a dermatitis shampoo with herbal and botanical complex.

Let me know if this helps! Thanks!
