I'm 45 and have thinning at the temples. I've been on propecia for 4 months and Minoxidil 5% and Nizoral for about two months. I can see 100's of short velous hairs in the thin areas. Is this about what I should expect?

Yup, that is exactly what you should expect bud! Over time hopefully those vellus hairs will turn terminal!
