is this a sign i should start finasteride?

is it possible it will ever grow back or is it gone for good? i really don't want to take finasteride because i'm only 20 but i think i have to start. i need my hair.

You can definitely get back to where you were by taking finasteride. If you haven't receded much I wouldn't take it just for that.

i've receded some, i kind of have a widows peak i guess not a full nw2 but not a nw1 as well

maybe about 2 years. i don't have a pic of my hair line but it kind of looks like the picture of this guy on the right but slightly better maybe.

Yeah I'd probably not start finasteride yet. Monitor your male pattern baldness and if it gets significantly worse jump on dem drugs. finasteride + minoxidil + nizoral. Dayum
