From having a quick glance, that is a total rip off. The ingredients - caffeine...saw palmetto and so fourth would help thicken hair and suppose root growth and stimulation of blood to the head so to answer yes it would help to thicken your hair but at that price you might aswell look for better products or look for a similar alternative at a much cheaper price.

Yes, alternatively, you could just get caffeine shampoo (alpecin for example)
Buy pure saw palmetto in supplement form and get the other ingredient which most likely will turn out cheaper.
