I have some terrible news. Getting your temples back is extremely difficult. I am not saying it can't be done but its damn near impossible.

With I would say 3/4 success stories, people regrew hair very well, yet I will notice their temples are still bald.

So about a year and a half ago I noticed a small zig zag pattern in the front which I pretty much ignored. After a few months, the pattern was gone. Then I had the zig zag once again, then it was gone. This is pretty much how it's been going. It's almost as if I'm gradually losing my hair. Is this male pattern baldness

No way to tell from this description. Pictures would really help.

I'm only 21. Can I get my temples back? Can I get my front back? Other than Propecia and Rogaine what other options do I have? Does all natural revivogen work?

Temple regrowth is the hardest to get, especially if they receded because your hairline was simply maturing. which happens to most men, even those without male pattern baldness. In that case the only likely way to get them back is through a transplant. If they've receded further than that then you can look into other things besides Propecia and Rogaine. I recommend talking to a doctor and using at least Propecia, if not Rogaine along with it. Also use Nizoral shampoo every 3 days to keep your scalp clean and provide a good environment for regrowth.

One other topical you could try to regrow your temples is Prox-N, available from http://www.drproctor.com. It contains a lot of good stuff which may aid in regrowth in that traditionally difficult area.

Revivogen is hotly debated on here, and my opinion is that Revigogen is nowhere near as good as Propecia is at stopping hair loss. If it works at all, it works much more weakly. It almost certainly will not give you regrowth on its own like Propecia sometimes can.
