At my first big shed before any treatment I experienced horrible itch and oiliness. Now all these symptoms are in the past, reflecting significantly decreased androgen stimulation in the scalp. Also I have pretty serious sexual side effects and mild breast development, so I am not too worried about this shed, I don't lose thick terminal hairs as before.I dont belive in sheds being a " good thing " or " means it working "
How much spironolactone did you take and for how long? What dosage of CPA do you currently take? Maybe your dose of CPA is not enough to keep your T low? Have you noticed any signs of high androgen activity (oily skin, itch, body hair growth etc)?well I started with spirno and had no shed but not much growth either I than switched to cpa and 2hg of estro. Hair started growing fast as in length and filling in slowly qas looking real good then bam massive shed. should I go back to spironolactone or ride it out ?
