Is there something I can do?

I turned 25 this year and my hair has begun falling out in handfulls. I used to have a full head of hair (which I enjoyed 4 months ago) and suddenly my hair has begun falling out. At first, I thought that my hair line was the only thing that was receding but I just looked today and my scalp has become slightly noticable.

I'm going through a great depression because I never thought this would happen to me so fast. I had bushy long hair and now I'm losing it. I used to be homeless for a whole year and I am wondering if that is the main cause of my hair loss but I know I'm not that lucky. I have started eating more properly and began stressing less. I am taking biotin and began using this shampoo called "Cre-C". Ive only used it for 6 days so I haven't seen any results but I've heard good things about this product.

I'm afraid I'm balding. Every time I step out of the shower, more hair falls out. I'm afraid that by the end of the summer, I'll be bald. Is there anything I can do on my part that can help slow this process down? Thanks a lot guys.

I guess what I am asking is, what shampoos and vitamins would give me the best results in keeping my hair?

the Big 3 (propecia, minoxidil and nizoral shampoo) ...they are supposed to slow down hair loss...good luck, mate!

That all sounds very expensive and I don't think I can even afford those. Maybe the Rogaine. I'm taking a similiar product called Cre-C. Reviews say that it works and that baby hairs tend to sprout in places where hair fell off. That's what I've been reading. I've only used this product for 6 days so I don't know what to think of it yet. I'm also taking biotin. I was told that it helps keeping the hair strong. I take centrium daily too.

That's basicly what I'm doing right now to combat this "little" problem (I'm going to be optimistic that I can resolve this.) What do you all think of what I'm taking and using?

Sorry have never heard of Cre-C. Start off with Minoxidil then if you can. There are some very cheap ones available on line. Also A generic version of propecia is supposed to be very cheap, like $5 or something a month.
