Is there anything that can be done to save my temples?

There's also a thread in the Side Effects section where people have reported premature ageing i.e. wrinkles.

Well you can risk some wrinkles or you can go bald. What really makes you look older? As for OP, if putting some foam on your head twice a day isn't worth your hair than just shave it and move on.

I am going to give it a try, I was just saying I don't know how people can stay on this for years and never miss a day.

I just applied some tonight and I am already turned off of the stuff. The thought of having to apply this stuff 2 times a day everyday is making me want to just say forget it and live with the hair I already have and go the hair transplant route a few years down the road.

This stuff is not for me. Oh well.

Either your hair loss doesn't really bother you, or you think hair transplant are much more simple than they are.

I definitely wish I had a razor sharp hairline and full temples but it doesn't bother me enough to apply rogaine everyday for the rest of my life. I still have a lot of thick hair and if my hairline doesn't move much more I'd be content with the way my hair looks hair transplant or not.

Another reason is I'm skeptical that I'll even lose much more hair than I already have. My hair loss has been so slow the past 10 years unless it greatly accelerates I don't even see how I'd reach a NW3 until my early 40s or so. Even with that said hair transplant is still an option.

What I am planing on doing though is give nizoral 2% a try.
