So, been silently following here for a while, but its time to take the plunge and see whats possible.

37, basically thining since i was a late teen. Shaving my head ever since. mach3 type/electric facerazor.

So any hope/advice?

Your only hope is to take finasteride and see if it helps, or hope for some other treatment that reinvigorates what you have lost. You don't have enough grafts to do much, maybe 1500 and you need 10,000.

It's difficult to tell when your hair is shaven like that, try growing it out for a month or two. I would say your best bet is a combination of donor and beard grafts you may get a few thousand grafts which would be enough to get a hairline.
