Is there any hope for hairlines

Has anyone had a regimen where they have improved their frontal hair loss . I'm thinking about switching to dutasteride as propecia really isn't working in that area and I've given it 9 months but have read reports that this does nothing for the front either ! I'm so frustrated I mean there must be something out there .

everything works on the hairline just like it does for the crown, however the temples are typically the most sensitive of all the hair on the head so it will not work as well
