Is There Any Fake Finasteride Out There Or Not ?

here is my story ...

I'm a 21 years old guy and it was a year ago that I noticed receding hairline now I'm on NW1 so I started talking Finestride 1mg about 2 months ago and since then I feel like I had a little improvement in my hairline, however, I might be wrong and it's just physiological effect of taking drug well it's not the problem because its only 2 months that I'm taking finasteride and I need to wait longer to see if it actually works or not .
the problem is since I'm living in Iran I'm not sure if these finestride pills are fake or real and since they are so cheap I got more Suspicious it's only 0.75 $ for a pack which contains 30 pills. can you tell me about the price in your country I mean I expected 5$ for a pack at least, however the medical cost is usually low here, for example, a hair transplant surgery will cost 2000$ max
and since I'm living in Iran, I didn't even get a prescription I just went to the pharmacy and asked for finestride and the lady in the pharmacy just asked me if I want the 1mg or 5mg I got the 1mg then I read a lot about people that split 5mg into 5 pieces and take 1.25mg should I do the same ? or those fellas get 5mg because they don't have access to 1mg? I'm mean that doesn't make sense there should be a 1mg where they get 5 too
what I really hate about losing my hair is that around here there is probably none bald dude under the age of 40 so I'm one of the very few unlucky guys
now I have 3 theory here and I need you to tell me which one makes more sense

making finestride is easy so they just make real ones and sell it for a low price

it's hard to make finasteride. so they make fake ones and sell it for a low price to not be so ruthless

or its hard to make but they make real ones and just sell it for a low price like let those boys grow their hair back hell yaa

or all your theories are fucked up because 0.75$ for a pack is not cheap at all

I guess the right title would be should I really be worried about taking fake pills or not

Is there fake finasteride out there? Yes. There is no way any average joe can tell the difference except have someone that knows what they are doing test it or buy it from a real licensed pharmacy the legitimate way.
