Is There Any Difference Between Those 2 ?

So i asked in my local pharmacy if they have finasteride 1mg, and they only have finasteride ( proscar ) 5 mg ! What is the difference between those 2 ?

I'm sorry if this is stupid question but im new to this and don't wanna make some stupid rookie mistake while buying it ! It's also pretty cheap. Like 10 Euros for 28 pills

The difference is one is 5 times the amount than the other and is usually taken for the prostate. You can get a pill cutter and cut the 5mg into smaller doses.

yeah its way better value, one prescription lasts me 4 months, if you get a recurring prescription you won't have to see ur doctor for over a year

yea thats amazing for me so i should just cut it to 4 pieces or even 5 if thats possible ?

some people do 5 but I think but its definately a lot harder to get it cut into fives. Cutting it into 4 is the standard
